An indictment has been handed up against a Geneva man in a deadly stabbing earlier this month.
29-year-old Julius Ware was originally charged with 2nd-degree murder in the death of 37-year-old Emmanuel Richelieu of Farmington at a hotel a week and a half ago.
More details are expected when the indictment is filed sometime this week.
Ware had been paroled on an armed assault conviction just days before Richelieu's body was found.
