Texas AG Ken Paxton on Forcing Biden to Build the Wall and More

In a compelling interview on "The Joe Pags Show," Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton discussed his recent legal victories against the Biden administration, the ongoing border crisis, and concerns about the integrity of the upcoming 2024 election.

Paxton began by discussing the impact of mail-in ballots on the 2020 election, asserting that they played a significant role in Joe Biden's victory. He urged listeners to "swamp the vote" by voting early in 2024 to ensure their voices are heard. Paxton also expressed concerns about the potential for illegal voting by non-citizens, suggesting that illegal immigrants could exploit mail-in ballots. He claimed that the Biden administration allowed these individuals into the country for this very purpose.

When asked if there is proof that illegal immigrants have voted, Paxton affirmed that there is, explaining that if someone has a Social Security Number, there’s nothing that definitively proves citizenship, leaving the door open for potential voter fraud.

Shifting gears, Paxton discussed his numerous lawsuits against the Biden administration, asserting that Biden is acting like a king or dictator. Paxton emphasized that these legal actions are necessary to ensure that the administration adheres to the laws of the country, including the court-ordered construction of the border wall after Paxton’s successful lawsuit.

The conversation then moved to GM's data collection practices, with Paxton explaining how the OnStar system tracks various aspects of a driver's behavior—such as miles driven, seatbelt usage, and driving times—and sells this information to third-party businesses. He stated that these practices violate the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices – Consumer Protection Act, and his office is taking action against GM.

Paxton also touched on the ongoing investigation into ActBlue, a major fundraising mechanism for Democrats, which Texas is currently scrutinizing.
