Rochester police now say a large warehouse fire on the city's west side is now being investigated as arson.
The Pallet Express facility on Lyell Avenue caught fire in June.
Initial reports had pointed to an electrical issue as the probable cause.
But investigators say the evidence doesn't support that, and they have an as-yet-unidentified person of interest.
Meantime, the company moved to a building on Buffalo Road after the fire.
City officials have asked a judge to vacate that warehouse because they say it is an imminent fire danger.
