It doesn't appear any charges will be filed in a deadly crash in Clarkson.
It happened just before noon yesterday at the intersection of Route 104 and Monroe Orleans County Line Road.
The Monroe County Sheriff's Office says an SUV driver failed to yield the right of way to a tractor-trailer and was killed.
The victim has not been identified.
