As expected, there is an upgraded charge against a man accused of killing someone that he attacked last week.
A Monroe County Grand Jury has indicted 46-year-old Sean Warnick on second-degree manslaughter.
Police announced Wednesday that 53-year-old Timothy Carlton has died of his injuries.
Warnick allegedly punched him in the head several times during an argument on Wood Road in Greece one week earlier.
He was initially charged with assault and remains in Monroe County jail
