A Greece motel is now closer to reopening.
The Town Board voted last night to grant a special use permit to the owners of the Studio Six Extended Stay on West Ridge Road.
It was shut down last month as neighbors complained about drug and nuisance concerns there.
The motel will still have to pass more inspections and get a certificate of occupancy before it can reopen.
