UPDATE: State troopers have released the names of the two Rochester men killed in the wrong-way crash early Friday morning on the Inner Loop.
They were driver Charles Barnes and passenger Quincy Battle, both 21.
They were in a sedan that collided head-on with a small SUV heading west in the Eastbound lanes.
Barnes and Battle were dead at the scene.
The SUV driver, Nayomi Flores, of Rochester, is still in critical condition.
The impact sent the Barnes car into a third vehicle. That driver was not seriously hurt.

Two people are dead, after a crash early this morning on the Inner Loop.
Troopers say 3 cars collided in the eastbound lanes near the Saint Paul Street exit shortly before 2 this morning.
There's no word on any other injuries in the crash.
The road was closed there in both directions for several hours during the investigation.
None of the victims has been identified.
