Everything is almost back to normal, after a bomb threat at Thompson Hospital in Canandaigua.
Authorities say someone called in the threat to the hospital's operations center shortly after 5:30 this morning.
That prompted a lockdown at the hospital, as K-9 units searched the area for any potential explosives.
Nothing was found, and normal operations resumed at around 9 o'clock.
Police say they'll keep up an increased presence there as a precaution.
They're now investigating where the threat came from.
