A Rochester man was resentenced to 10 years in jail in a fatal carjacking
Anthony Jacobs was just 16, when prosecutors say he and fellow teen Edgar Tolentino killed 71-year-old Richard Sciascia on Buell Road in Gates in April 2021.
Jacobs pleaded guilty to 1st-degree robbery, but a state appeals court threw out the conviction earlier this year.
The court ruled the case should have been moved to Family Court because of Jacob's age.
