2 More Arrested in Deadly Perinton Shooting

Monroe County investigators say a Perinton homicide case has expanded, with two more arrests.

Authorities say 27-year-old Destiny Cotto and 20-year-old Ja’Quez Riley-Hill, both of Rochester, now face second-degree murder and first-degree robbery charges.

The arrests follow the earlier charge against 35-year-old Tyree Ross-Simmons, who deputies say did not act alone.

Investigators also say some initial statements were misleading.

32-year-old Ezra John Nunez was found shot inside his apartment on Pittsford Palmyra Road on May 27th.

Deputies say the investigation remains active.
