UPDATE: Troopers have identified the victim as 59-year-old Bruce Rugg of Penn Yan.
The dump truck driver remains in the hospital.

The victim of a deadly Yates County crash hasn't been identified yet.
Troopers say the 59-year-old died when a dump truck hit a pickup head-on Friday morning on Route 54 in Torrey.
The driver of the dump truck was ejected -- he was flown to Strong Hospital but is expected to survive.
