One of the drivers in an 8-car pileup in Batavia is now facing charges.
Police say Christopher Parker blew through a red light at Main and Oak Streets on March 23rd, starting a chain reaction.
Parker's car then burst into flames.
He was airlifted to Strong Hospital with life-threatening injuries, but survived.
Two others were also hospitalized.
Parker is charged with assault and reckless endangerment.
