A Rochester man is under arrest, accused of abusing his own pet cat.
Lollypop Farm says Allen Peters showed up in February with the animal sealed inside a carrier that reeked and was packed with waste and debris.
Investigators say Peters admitted the cat had been confined there for weeks because it wouldn’t use a litter box.
He now faces charges of animal cruelty and failing to provide proper care, with possible jail time and fines.
