Gates Police say they've finished their probe into a deadly crash from two months ago.
6-month-old Noah Carpenter was killed when his parents' SUV was rear-ended at Howard and Buffalo roads on March 5th.
The parents, and the woman driving the other vehicle, were all hospitalized.
The District Attorney's Office will now determine whether the other driver will face charges.
