UPDATE: One police officer is out of the hospital, but one remains hospitalized with leg injuries after a crash during a chase of a stolen car that led from Greece into the City of Rochester.
Greece Police Chief Michael Wood says suspect Sean Tracey, who is 56, decided to flee when Greece officers spotted him in a stolen car at Stoneridge Plaza on West Ridge Road.
The chase ended when the stolen car ran a red light at Mt. Read Boulevard and was hit by a civilian driver who had the right of way.
The woman driving the car, who had a child with her, was also taken to the hospital.
As for suspect Sean Tracy, Chief Wood says he has 33 prior convictions, three of them felonies.
Tracey is being charged with aggravated assault of a police officer, criminal possession of stolen property, and unlawful flight, among others.

Two police officers are hospitalized after a police chase from Greece into Rochester.
Police say the pursuit started last night on West Ridge Road, and ended when the stolen car crashed at Mt. Read Boulevard and Lexington Avenue.
The officers are in stable condition, while the suspect is also in the hospital.
There's no word yet on the charges.
