Rochester Police Make 2 Gun Arrests

Rochester police last night stopped a man on Reynolds Street Wednesday night suspected of menacing someone with a handgun, and they confiscated a nine millimeter "ghost gun" loaded with ten rounds.

The 29-year-old suspect, Christopher Singleton, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a weapon.

He was taken to the Monroe County Jail.

Early Thursday morning, police searching for a stolen car found 25-year-old William Day asleep behind the wheel.

Officers arrested him and found he had AR-15 style pistol, and had fired at least one round from it on Ackerman Street.
