Rochester Woman Guilty in Northwest Side Shooting

A Rochester woman has been convicted in a shooting on the city's northwest side.

43-year-old Soraya Rodriguez was found guilty of attempted murder, assault, burglary, and a gun crime.

Prosecutors say she climbed through the window of a Finch Street home and shot a woman in her 20s back in December.

Rodriguez was later arrested at a traffic stop in Buffalo.

She'll be sentenced on May 28th.
