A Livingston County man will serve 20 years in prison for sexually abusing a child.
Prosecutors say 58-year-old Louis Cappadonia of Mount Morris raped a child under 13 years old twice between July and December 2013.
Cappadonia had been held in a mental health facility since 2020, and was recently found fit to stand trial.
Cappadonia pleaded guilty to course of sexual conduct against a child.
