Syracuse Man Pleads Guilty to Murder in Death of Rochester Woman, Own Son

The Syracuse man who shot and killed a Rochester woman and his own son laughed as he pleaded guilty in court today:

43-year-old David Huff admitted to killing 32-year-old Yeraldith Tschudy of Rochester and his own son, 11-year-old Jeremiah Huff, with a shotgun inside his stepfather's home in March of last year.

Huff smiled and laughed during the proceedings, causing the judge to ask, "Do you think this is funny?"

Huff replied, "I have a joke stuck in my head."

Huff will be sentenced to 40 years to life on two counts of second-degree murder.
