A 32-year-old Rochester man has ben sentenced to 20 years in prison...plus 20 years on parole...after pleading guilty to charges of rape, burglary and robbery.
Irondequoit police and a Rochester police SWAT Team arrested a 32-year-old Francisco Alberto Perez-Ozuna for the November, 2024 rape of an Irondequoit woman.
Police identified Perez-Ozuna as the suspect through a lengthy investigation, and they arrested him with the help of a Rochester police SWAT Team.
Perez-Ozuna pled guilty to all charges at trial and was sentenced today.
Police say he randomly opened the 60-year-old victim's front door as she was returning home from a night out with friends and assaulted her.
