A convicted Rochester murderer has been sentenced to 40 years-to-life in prison for a deadly shooting.
20-year-old Kyelon Marbury was convicted last month of 2nd-degree murder and other charges.
Prosecutors say he killed 31-year-old James Huff in a drive-by shooting on Webster Avenue 3 years ago.
Marbury is already serving 50-years-to-life for the murder of Jermaine Wilkins in February 2023.
