A Webster teen is accused of trying to rape a woman.
Police say the 16-year-old tried to sexually assault the woman at the Country Manor Way apartment complex Saturday afternoon.
But several nearby residents heard her screams and stopped the boy.
He faces attempted rape, sexual abuse, unlawful imprisonment, and assault.
The victim was treated for minor injuries.
