Lollypop Farm says Anne Linnane is charged with failing to provide proper food and water to impounded animals.
On March 23rd, sheriff’s deputies called in Lollypop Farm humane investigators for a welfare check on Murdock Road.
Investigators say conditions required immediate intervention, activating the Animal Emergency Response Team to remove the dogs.
The dogs were taken to Lollypop Farm for veterinary care. Keller’s Kats Rescue says it has taken in several-many believed to be pregnant.
