Brighton Man Accused of Threatening Wayne County School

A Brockport man is accused of threatening a Wayne County school.

Police say 18-year-old Douglas Adams made a post on social media, showing him pointing a gun at Palmyra-Macedon High School.

He was found on-campus and arrested.

Adams faces making a terroristic threat and aggravated threat of mass harm.

He's a former student at the school.

Investigators say there were few students at the school at the time, and none were in direct danger, as the gun was found to not be working.
