The Rochester parolee charged in a police chase crash last month involving an RTS bus and a pedestrian is now in custody.
David Robinson was arrested by U.S. Marshals last night while hiding out at a home on Maple Street.
He'll face assault, a gun crime, and unlawfully fleeing a police officer.
Robinson had been on the loose since he was released following his arrest.
Police say Robinson ran a red light during the pursuit, slamming into an RTS bus, which struck a woman standing nearby, sending her to the hospital.
