Rochester Man Guilty in Rialto St. Double Murder

A Rochester man is guilty in a double homicide on the city's north side.

25-year-old Jermaine Williams was convicted of 2 counts each of 1st- and 2nd-degree murder.

Prosecutors say he gunned down 43-year-old Timothy Chealey of Rochester and 46-year-old Shatina Jones of Buffalo on the porch of a home on Rialto Street in May of 2024.

That followed an altercation earlier that evening at the Sexy Redd concert at Blue Cross Arena.

Williams will be sentenced April 14th.
