Rochester police have an arrest in a drive-by shooting on Rochester's southwest side.
19-year-old Kemaurie Welch is charged with attempted murder, assault, and a gun crime.
Welch allegedly shot a 30-year-old man in the leg on Rugby Avenue, near Frost Avenue, last November.
He's being held on $250,000 bail, and also faces a gun crime and harassment in an armed robbery on Lux Street last month.
