A Lima man is accused of sexually abusing two young children.
Livingston County Deputies say 52-year-old Javier Velazquez sexually abused two children, both under the age of 11, in the town of Livonia.
It ran over several months between August 2023 and December 2025, and included several forms of sexual conduct.
It's not clear whether Velazquez remains in custody.
