A Rochester man is charged after allegedly stealing $50,000 worth of iPhones from a Wayne County Walmart.
Police say 32-year-old Anthony Capers posed as a sales company employee to steal the master key at the Macedon Walmart 2 years ago, then used the key to steal 60 iPhones.
Capers was indicted this past April, and arrested this week during a traffic stop in Elmira.
He faces grand larceny, conspiracy, and criminal impersonation.
