Original story:
A 24-year-old Rochester man has been arrested after an investigation of sexual abuse involving young children in a local daycare operation.
Noah Hoefler turned himself in to the police earlier this month, accompanied by his attorney.
He's been charged with first-degree sexual abuse and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
The arrest follows an investigation by law enforcement and the Monroe County District Attorney's Office, which uncovered multiple victims of abuse.
It occurred while the children were under Hoefler's supervision.
Hoefler was arraigned in Greece Town Court.
Police have not said which daycare was involved.
