Lyons Woman Accused of Selling Drugs Near Elementary School

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Lyons woman who allegedly had large amounts of drugs and weapons near an elementary school.

37-year-old Lissanne Livingston was arrested after detectives found multiple tasers and a large quantity of narcotics inside the apartment where she lived with several young children near Lyons Elementary School.

Livingston was arrested on February fourth and charged with felony drug and weapons counts, and endangering the welfare of a child.

Officials say additional charges are pending, and the initial investigation was triggered by a complaint of drug activity near the school
