An Albion Middle School teacher from Brockport is accused of improperly touching a child.
Deputies say 58-year-old Josefino Paz surrendered Wednesday after an incident in the Town of Albion.
Paz is charged with forcible touching, third-degree sexual abuse, and endangering the welfare of a child.
District officials said the Albion Middle School employee was placed on administrative leave last week and that there is no evidence the alleged misconduct occurred on school property.
