A Rochester man faces several felony charges after State Police say a routine traffic stop led to a foot chase and the recovery of a ghost gun.
Police say 22-year-old Amani Zaire Martinez ran as Troopers stopped his vehicle Saturday night.
He was caught after a brief chase down Union Street, and a loaded .40-caliber Glock ghost gun was found on him, along with a high-capacity magazine.
Martinez faces gun crimes and several misdemeanors.
