A Steuben County man is accused of trying to prostitute his 7-year-old daughter for methamphetamine.
31-year-old Deven Miller of Bath faces promoting prostitution, criminal solicitation, and a child porn charge.
Police say Miller doesn't have custody of his daughter, and the child was never actually victimized.
Miller is being held without bail.
