A Rochester man charged in a deadly shooting in the Upper Falls neighborhood has taken a plea deal.
23-year-old Jordan Figueroa-Olivo pleaded guilty to criminally negligent homicide.
Police say he shot 19-year-old Delwin Aponte-Charbonier in the torso inside a Ward Street home last May.
A search of Figueroa-Olivo's home turned up a handgun, along with three high-capacity magazines.
He was originally charged with 2nd-degree manslaughter and gun crimes.
He'll now be sentenced to 1 1/3-4 years in prison in March.
