A Rochester man convicted in a deadly stabbing at the Winton Garden Towers apartments will serve 25 years to life in prison.
73-year-old Raul Lazcano was found guilty of second-degree murder last month.
Investigators believe Lazcano stabbed 68-year-old Jose Hernandez during an argument in May of 2024.
Hernandez was reportedly sitting in a chair in the building’s community room when the attack happened.
Both men lived in the building.
