The 2nd of two men accused of killing a Rochester woman more than 3 decades ago has finally been charged.
58-year-old Roy Green was extradited from Canada to face 2nd-degree murder in the death of 30-year-old Victoria Jobson back in 1992.
Jobson disappeared Oct. 11, 1992. Her body was found with multiple stab wounds in a vacant lot on Rutter Street nearly two months later.
Arthur Jason Junior was arrested two years ago, and also faces 2nd-degree murder.
Green is due back in court April 21st.
