4 people are facing charges after a violent, drug-related kidnapping on Weyl Street in Rochester over the weekend.
Investigators say two victims were bound with tape, beaten, and even attacked by a dog over an alleged drug debt.
22-year-old Wilson Ventura-Cruz, 26-year-old Carlos Dejesus, 43-year-old Eliezer Davila, and 46-year-old Rose Colon, all from Rochester, face multiple charges, including 1st-degree kidnapping, robbery, and weapons and drug possession.
Authorities say they recovered two loaded handguns, nearly 300 vials of suspected fentanyl, and a bloody sword.
