A Victor man is facing charges in the death of a woman last year.
32-year-old Ariel Ceja is charged with criminally negligent homicide and unlawfully dealing with a child.
Troopers say 18-year-old Maria Cecilia De Jesus-Garcia was served alcohol at a Victor restaurant in August a year ago.
She was later found dead at a home on Winding Creek Way from complications of acute alcohol intoxication.
