A Rochester man found guilty of sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl, and killing a man in a hit-and-run, will serve 70 years in prison.
44-year-old Rodney Lowman was convicted of criminal sex act, reckless endangerment, and gun crimes.
Prosecutors say the victim was the daughter of a woman living at a home on Sherwood Avenue.
Lowman opened fire during a confrontation there in March 2023.
Lowman also hit 36-year-old Richard Massey Jr. as Massey was getting out of his car on North Winton Road, following a collision involving Lowman and another driver in February 2022.
He was guilty of manslaughter and leaving the scene in the hit-and-run.
