A Lyons man is accused of repeatedly raping a girl.
Matthew Hagar is facing 12 counts, including rape, incest, and predatory sex assault.
Deputies say the abuse went on for several years.
Hagar was on probation for a criminal sex act conviction, and was registered as a Level 3 sex offender.
He's being held without bail.
A Wayne County grand jury handed up an indictment last month.
