The man accused of breaking into a Rochester jewelry store and nearly bleeding out inside has been charged following surgery.
Rochester police say 24-year-old Jacquan Terry’s injuries are no longer life-threatening.
He was arraigned at Strong Memorial Hospital and charged with burglary, grand larceny, and criminal mischief.
Investigators say Terry entered Jorshimal Jewelry on Vincent Street through the roof, smashed display cases, and stuffed about $60,000 worth of jewelry into a canvas bag.
Officers found him at a broken rear window, yelling for help and bleeding heavily from his arm.
