UPDATE: Rochester Man Killed in Gas Station Shooting Identified

UPDATE: Rochester police have named the victim of the city's latest homicide.

Someone fired several shots into 36-year-old Willie Mayhall's car, as it sat at the pumps of a gas station Tuesday night at Saint Paul and Norton Streets on the city's north side.

There are no arrests.

Rochester police are probing a deadly shooting on the city's north side.

They say someone walked up to a car and fired several shots into it just after dinnertime last night at a gas station at Saint Paul and Norton Streets.

A man in his 30s was dead at the scene.

He's the 33rd homicide victim in the city so far this year, and the 2nd this week.

The suspect ran away and remains at large.
