A Yates County man convicted of sexually abusing a foster child is now facing a 4th child sex abuse indictment, all involving different victims.
49-year-old Ronald Chilson of Dundee faces predatory sexual assault against a child.
Chilson was recently sentenced to 10 years in prison for criminal sex act.
And he still faces other charges for allegedly abusing two other children under the age of 13.
The new charge carries up to 25 years to life in prison.
