Two teenagers are accused of shooting an 18-year-old on Emerson Street at the beginning of the month
Rochester police say on Wednesday, they arrested a 16-year-old in the case, found leaving a home on South Plymouth Avenue.
Earlier, they took in a 17-year-old on Byers Court on October 10
Both are charged with attempted murder, assault and gun charges . Police did not release anything about the circumstances that led to the shooting
