One guilty, 2 not guilty in the dealdy prison beating of area inmate Robert Brooks at Marcy Correctional Facility.
David Kingsley was found guilty of murder and manslaughter.
Nicholas Kieffer and Matthew Galliher were acquitted of all counts.
Kingsley's sentencing is set for December 16th.
And Michael Fisher will still go on trial for manslaughter in January.
Six other officers charged in the case entered guilty pleas.
