A Rochester Man has been sentenced to over 8 years in prison on child pornography charges
58-year-old Daniel Walsh of Rochester was convicted of having child pornography that depicted pre-pubescent minors.
Prosecutors say Google initially flagged his account, the RPD and FBI followed up, and found more than 600 images
They also say he superimposed the faces of minors that he knew onto the faces of some of the child porn, so it looked as if they were the ones engaging in the sex acts.
In addition to the 97 months in prison, he also faces 10 years of post-release supervision
