UPDATE: Troopers have identified the victim as 61-year-old Kimberly Walborn of Waterloo.

One woman is dead, after a bicycle accident in Seneca County.
Troopers say the 61-year-old was riding east on Hecker Road in Waterloo just before 7:30 yesterday morning, when two vehicles hit her from behind.
She was dead at the scene.
Both drivers remained on the scene and cooperated with police.
Neither have been charged.
