Greece Police have named the victim of a weekend hit-and-run.
They say 63-year-old Robert Capponi was hit and killed late Friday night on English Road.
19-year-old Frankie Spencer of Rochester allegedly sped away from the scene, but later returned to the scene to face police.
He's charged with leaving the scene and driving while impaired by drugs.
Police are still asking any witnesses to contact them.
