Federal prosecutors say a Rochester man has been arrested on charges of having and distributing child porn.
They say 32-year-old Zachary Guthrie became a target of investigation after a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that led police to his IP address.
The pornographic uploads were traced to Guthrie, along with an alleged threat to shoot up a local school.
A search warrant served at his home turned up more than 200 videos and more than 320 images of child pornography.
Guthrie has appeared in federal court and was ordered held pending a hearing on August 29th.
